The California Department of Water Resources intends to submit to the Delta Stewardship Council the Delta Conveyance Project Revised Certification of Consistency on Remanded Items. Consistent with the Delta Stewardship Council requirements, DWR is posting a draft of the revised certification on its website, and by appointment at 1600 9th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, at least 10-days prior to formal submission for public review and comment. Appointments should be made by email to  DCP_Consistency@water.ca.gov. Please send all comments to DCP_Consistency@water.ca.gov by July 23, 2026.
