National Environmental Policy Act

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is conducting federal environmental review of the proposed Delta Conveyance Project in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), including preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The Draft EIS was issued for public review and comment on December 16, 2022 through March 16, 2023.
